Yolanda Foster‘s fight against Lyme disease continues.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Star, who won’t return as a regular next season due to her health condition, posted an Instagram on Monday of herself smiling and wrapped in a blanket in bed.

“People assume you aren’t sick unless they see the sickness on your skin, like scars forming a map of all the ways you are hurting .” Foster captioned the selfie.

The reality star, 51, added several poignant hashtags: “#SadButTrue #InvisibleDisabilities #ChronicLymeDiseaseAwareness #SearchingForACure #AnotherDayComeAndGone.”

Foster, who was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, is undergoing neurofeedback training to treat her condition. Neurofeedback treatment involves monitoring and then training the central nervous system and brain activity, according to the International Society for Neurofeedback & Research.

Earlier this month, the former model shared a picture of herself undergoing the training, with her head wired up.

“Time to get that brain back in gear .. #NeuroFeedBack #LymeBrain #LymeDiseaseAwareness,” she wrote on Instagram.
