A PEACEFUL MOMENT
David Henrie and Maria Cahill — a former Miss Delaware — steal a few seconds with each other after officially becoming husband and wife. "I'm excited for that moment when you're alone and you can finally exhale and look at each other," Henrie told PEOPLE before the wedding.
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
The couple exchanged vows at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in California. "You always hear you should marry your best friend and I actually get to do it," told Henrie (wearing an Indochino tux and Bruno Magli shoes). Added Cahill: "One of my favorite things about him is how funny he is and how we just get each other. Being married is going to be just that much better."
A CLASSIC BRIDE
Henrie's first time seeing his wife in her wedding dress was as she walked down the aisle. "I want to save it," he said about their traditional first look. For Cahill, "one of the only things I really pictured about my wedding was the moment when the doors open and my husband sees me for the first time," she said. "I liked the Grace Kelly vibe and picked out my dress the first day I tried it on." Her Enzoani dress featured an A-line style, beaded Alencon lace and corded Chantilly lace, a soft tulle skirt and scalloped hem lace.
Henrie and Cahill exchanged wedding bands by DeBebians. "David is so good. He knows a way to a woman's heart is looking on their Pinterest and finding their perfect ring and making it happen," said Cahill. The actor chose a "simple platinum band" for himself because "platinum lasts forever."
The bride's bouquet echoed their wedding colors — lavender with touches of gold. "We wanted refined elegance," said Cahill about their aesthetic choices.
Henrie's younger brother Lorenzo Henrie (who's previously starred in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Fear the Walking Dead) served as Best Man.
Selena Gomez — who starred as Henrie's onscreen little sister on Wizards of Waverly Place — was "one of the first people I told I was getting married," said the star. "She was like, 'I'm in. Whenever it is, I'll be there.' "
A SWEET TRIO
"We all bet on who would be the first one to get married," Henrie shared about his Wizards cast. "No one bet on Jake. I didn't bet on Selena. I probably bet on myself, to be honest. I always knew I wanted to get married and always looked forward to being a husband."
A MAGICAL REUNION
"They're going to be right near me at the wedding," said Henrie about his cast (from left: David DeLuise, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Stone, Maria Canals-Barrera and Jake T. Austin) before his big day. "I'm very excited to have them all there. I'm putting them all at one table and I'll have an empty chair 'cause I'm gonna go sit there from time to time!"
"We're generally laid-back and we love to laugh and have a good time," says Cahill, who tapped TABLIR for the couple's wedding furniture.
"We're getting picked up in a 1900's Rolls Royce," said Henrie. "There's only two of them in the world! It's just the definition of elegance and class."
A GLAM CELEBRATION
Held at a venue in Rancho Palos Verdes, the reception featured flowers by Los Angeles Floral Couture and linens by Wildflower Linens. "We wanted it to be timeless and elegant ... something we could look back on," said Cahill about their theme. Added Henrie: "Humphrey Bogart, Carey Grant, old-school Hollywood ... that's what we were going for."
ALL IN THE DETAILS
"It's just everything I could've wanted," Cahill said about her wedding. "It's detailed down to the last little thing, just so perfect and elegant."
The newlyweds shared their first dance to Michael Bublé's "Hold On" before breaking it down on the dance floor with their loved ones. "It'll be a Cahill Irish dance on the dance floor," said Cahill.
CUTTING THE CAKE
After digging into truffle mushroom ravioli, salad, filet and sea bass, the couple and their guests indulged in a vanilla cake with strawberries.
