Rapper Wiz Khalifa was a guest on The Tonight Show Wednesday. Besides performing “Stayin’ Out All Night” as the evening’s musical guest, Khalifa played Pictionary with host Jimmy Fallon, Megan Fox and Nick Cannon. Innocent enough, yes? Apparently not. As it happens, an El Paso judge issued an arrest warrant for the 26-year-old rapper, who failed to make a scheduled court appearance Wednesday in El Paso, the court confirmed to PEOPLE on Thursday. Khalifa, according to CNN, was arrested in the Texas city in May for trying to sneak marijuana onto a plane. Then, taking a selfie while incarcerated, he Tweeted it out to his followers. The Tonight Show tapes at 5 p.m. EST.
