What can we expect from Seth Meyers‘s Emmy Awards hosting gig?

Based on his Late Night and Saturday Night Live careers, celebrity cameos, goofy pranks and even a sprinkle of Stefon could be in the cards Monday.

Just don’t ask for a record-breaking selfie like Oscars host Ellen DeGeneres‘s crowd-pleasing stunt.

“Nothing is more uncomfortable to watch than people who unsuccessfully aim for viral,” Meyers, 40, says in the August issue of GQ. So, he’ll be going for “just really well-written jokes.”

As for his time to shine, Meyers knows the evening’s very first minutes are when he’ll have the best crowd.

“As the night goes on, people are more upset because they haven’t won – but the monologue is the one time of night when everyone is in a really good mood,” says Meyers, who won an Emmy in 2011. “And positive. And optimistic.”

Watch Meyers in action when the Emmys air Monday at 8 p.m. on NBC.
