Trends come and go, but confidence never goes out of style.

That’s the lesson that Stacy London and Clinton Kelly have imparted to viewers of TLC’s What Not to Wear, which is signing off for good on Friday after 10 years on the air.

But their words of wisdom aren’t lost on the show’s die-hard contributors and fans. In these exclusive clips from the two-hour series finale, London and Kelly, both 44, reunite with guests from seasons past at a swanky bash in Las Vegas, where they’re met by familiar faces – and more than a few happy surprises.

The duo also sit back and watch emotional video testimonials by the show’s fans, who share how What Not to Wear helped them develop their confidence and cope with tough times. (Try not to tear up when one fan, a cancer survivor, recounts, “I’m in remission now, and divorced, so I’m going to be using your tips when I’m ready to start dating.”)

One of the longest-running makeover shows in TV history, What Not to Wear first aired on Jan. 18, 2003 and has notched 325 makeovers throughout its 10-season run.

“I’m proud of the work we’ve done and the lives we’ve changed,” Kelly told PEOPLE in March after news first broke that the show would be ending.

Added London: “We are getting to do things we’ve never had the opportunity to do before, and there are many surprises in store. I do love that we are going out with a bang.”

And what a stylish bang it is.
