Amber Rose and Blac Chyna Wore Wild VMAs Outfits to Challenge Slut-Shaming: 'We Just Embrace It'

The two women, who are close friends, wore matching nude ensembles covered in derogatory words

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna put their haters on blast at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The two women, who are close friends, showed up to the award show red carpet wearing matching skin-tight nude ensembles emblazoned with derogatory insults like “bitch,” “gold digger,” “stripper” and more.

Rose, 31, opted for a high-neck jumpsuit, while Chyna, 27, wore a gown version of the outfit with a plunging scoop neckline.

“We’re painting a picture of what everybody already says about us,” Chyna said to Kelly Osbourne in an interview during the VMAs pre-show.

“They call us sluts and whores all the time, so we just embrace it,” Rose said. “I have slut written across my vagina.”

Wiz Khalifa‘s ex and Chyna, who were accompanied by two friends wearing black-and-white version of the outfits, shared a slew of (very) NSFW pictures and videos from the evening to social media.

“When u wearing ur Instagram comments,” Rose captioned a group shot on Instagram. “Fall the f— back haters #VMAs.”

“You could never check me,” wrote Chyna, who is rapper Tyga‘s ex, as the caption to another picture of her and Rose.

Rose also took to Instagram to share a video of the duo at the award show.

“OMG @blacchyna and I are the biggest Hoes in the World because we Dance, Love, enjoy ourselves and have fun all While our sons are warm and tucked into their beds,” she wrote. “Ppl wanna call us hoes cuz of that???” she continued, adding several hash tags, including “#HoesbeWinning” and “#AmberRoseSlutWalkLA” in reference to her upcoming campaign walk to take a stand against derogatory labeling and gender inequality.

Rose and Chyna have bonded over their beef with the Kardashian family: Rose dated Kim Kardashian West‘s husband Kanye West, who was honored with the Video Vanguard award and announced he wants to run for president, and has criticized Kylie Jenner for her relationship with Tyga, the father of Chyna’s son. Rose accused Khloé Kardashian of slut-shaming her while defending Jenner, 18.

But in late July, Rose said she’s now cool with the reality stars.

“I feel like everything was extremely misunderstood,” she said on Perez Hilton’s podcast. “Listen, I met Kylie before, she was actually a really sweet girl. I was very surprised about how nice she was to me.”
