Lala Kent is marking a major milestone.

The Vanderpump Rules star celebrated six months of sobriety on Monday — and she commemorated the accomplishment with a touching Instagram post.

“Today, I celebrate 6 months of sobriety. I know I talk about this often, but y’all… I still cant believe it,” she wrote. “I feel the need to share my story because I know I’m not the only one out there suffering from this. It’s not an easy path I’ve chosen, but I chose it because it was between one thing, and my life.”

While Kent, 29, said the journey certainly hasn’t been easy, she’s dedicated to making this life change stick.

“I take it one day at a time,” she continued. “I celebrate each day that I go through in a clear state of mind, & the next day I wake up with the same goal: stay clear.”

“I’m feeling blessed,” she concluded.

Kent’s fiancé Randall Emmett, to whom she got engagedin September, helped the reality star celebrate the special day by presenting her with a cake.

“It’s a day filled with blessings, I cannot tell you how proud I am,” the 48-year-old producer wrote. “6 months of sobriety, it brings tears to my eyes to see your strength and passion for life. Your my hero and my inspiration. I love you my angel. Congratulation @lalakent.”

Along with the sweet message, Emmett posted a video of Kent blowing out candles of the cake that read “Happy 6 Months Sobriety.”

Last month, Kent admitted that she is an alcoholic and said she was participating in Bill Wilson‘s Alcoholics Anonymous 12-Step program.

“Five months ago, I came to the realization that I am an alcoholic, and I am now a friend of Bill W., which you will never know how much this program means to me [and] has given me new life,” Kent said in a video on her Instagram Stories.

“I always say if you don’t have to be sober, I wouldn’t recommend it, but me — as someone who does need to be sober — being in my right frame of mind every single day is truly incredible,” she continued.

“When I’m having the roughest day that I could possibly have, I — for once in a very, very long time — see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know that tomorrow I’m gonna be okay.”

Kent also shared that getting sober had positively impacted her mental health.

“I have been open about suffering from anxiety, and not saying that I don’t anymore, but it has gone down tremendously since I gave up drinking and I don’t smoke weed anymore; I’m a clean baby!”

“I’m ready to be a healthy person,” she added.

Vanderpump Rules airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
