Internet, we’ve got a case to crack: What is going to happen in True Detective‘s second season?

A new trailer for the HBO drama dropped Thursday, but it doesn’t make deciphering the anthology’s heavily-guarded plot any easier.

The new teaser gives us a little more information than the first: We hear bits and pieces of dialogue, and Rachel McAdams shows us she’s not to be messed with as her character, Officer Ani Bezzerides.

“This girl’s gone missing,” she growls. “Nobody cares. The Interior’s poisoned and suddenly worth billions. Nobody cares?”

The actress recently told Marie Claire how empowering taking on the role as been.

“I love that she’s not the girlfriend or the wife,”she said. “She doesn’t really care what everyone thinks; she feels no responsibility for other people’s feelings. She’s not trying to be charming, which isn’t always the case with a leading lady.”

True Detective season 2 premieres June 21 on HBO.
