Megan and Tracy Morgan make one adorable – and color-coordinating! – couple.

The comedian and his wife got cozy on the sidelines of the New York Knicks game against the Los Angeles Lakers at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

Megan, 28, looked stylish in a bright red leather jacket. She was all smiles while watching the game as her husband draped one arm over her shoulder.

The couple tied the knot Aug. 23 during an intimate ceremony in New Jersey – just 14 months after Tracy was severely injured in a tragic car accident in June 2014.

“After almost losing Tracy last year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life,” Megan told PEOPLE at the time of their wedding.

Tracy credits Megan with guiding him through his long journey toward recovery.

“Megan was by my side throughout all of the hard times of this past year,” the comedian told PEOPLE. “She is my rock, and I couldn’t be happier to have her take my last name.”

Tracy has made the most of his time since regaining his health: Last month, he did his first stand-up gig since the accident, wowed during his triumphant return to Saturday Night Live and announced he is going on a multi-city comedy tour in 2016.

“It’s just like falling off a bike and getting back on, that’s all: you don’t forget where the pedals are,” Tracy, 46, said of getting back to touring. “It’s me: funny + truth = Tracy Morgan. I can’t wait to get back to y’all; city to city, state to state, watch me operate.”

Tracy and Megan have one child together, 2-year-old daughter Maven.
