If you want a title, you’ll need a coach – that’s where Jaimie comes in.

On the new season of Toddlers & Tiaras, the girls will be going through a tough training program with the help of Sassy Supreme coach, Jaimie.

In an exclusive clip for PEOPLE, fans not only meet the tough coach, but also her biggest rival – Cambrie, the coach who runs the Cambrie’s Court team.

“I’m a pageant coach and I live in Arizona,” the clip begins, “and my Sassy Supremes rule the West Coast.”

“You used to be able to get away without having a coach and just watch everybody else, but now it’s very hard to get any sort of title without a coach,” Jaimie says. “We know what wins, because I used to win. So, I know what wins.”

Jaimie participated in pageants all throughout her childhood until she was 18 years old, and that’s when she turned to coaching.

Enter the coaching drama: Jaimie has a rival, and she goes by the name of coach Cambrie.

“Any pageant in the West Coast, it’s either one of mine or one of hers that takes the big crown,” Jaimie reveals. “Cambrie and I are kind of like frenemies. We’re nice-ish when we see each other in person, but we both know that we want to take the other one down.”

“The Sassy Supremes are haters in general,” Cambrie says during her interview. “That’s what happens when you can’t win … s—‘s about to hit the fan.”

Toddlers & Tiaras returns Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET for 13 episodes on on TLC.
