Jenna Bush dressed up as her grandmother on the show for Halloween

Who’s who?

On Monday morning, Jenna Bush Hager surprised fans by dressing up as her grandmother Barbara Bush for Halloween on the Today show — only to have Barbara return the surprise herself by calling into the show.

Towards the end of the show, the co-hosts convened on the plaza in their costumes and Willie Geist leaned in to ask Jenna, 34, if her grandmother knew she had dressed up as her today.

“She may know …,” replied Jenna before trailing off in shock as the screen pulled up Barbara, 91, smiling in an orange blazer, pearl necklace and witch hat.

“Ganny?!” said Jenna in disbelief as the rest of the co-hosts roared with laughter.

“I heard she was going to dress up like a witch, so I did too,” replied Barbara.

“I didn’t say that, Ganny!” said Jenna, laughing. “That was Matt [Lauer]!”

Jenna went on to reassure her grandmother she loves to dress up as her “favorite First Lady.”

“Wait a minute, I’d be careful if I were you,” warned Barbara. “My favorite First Lady is your mother!”

“That’s a good answer,” Jenna added with a laugh. “You were the First Lady in the ’90s, so I got this whole look from you.”

“Well, you look better than I ever looked,” replied Barbara.

Jenna thanked her grandmother, pointing out that she was certainly “no witch” and playfully teasing Lauer for the line.

“Mrs. Bush, we only imitate the ones we love, so thank you for being a part of this,” said Lauer, 58.

“I’d only get up early for Jenna!” added Barbara with a smile.
