'The Voice' Reveals Its Top Three Finalists

Danielle Bradbery, The Swon Brothers and Michelle Chamuel, of Team all advance to the finals

They survived eliminations, bonded with their coaches and won over America with their talents and charm, but on Tuesday two of The Voice‘s five semi-finalists had to end their journey on the singing competition.

Team Blake‘s Danielle Bradbery and The Swon Brothers and Michelle Chamuel of Team Usher all advanced to the finals.

Allen, a New York mom and background/Broadway singer, called her time on the show “an experience of a lifetime” shortly before learning her fate, and said, “I just want doors to open so I can open doors for my kids.”

Meanwhile, newbie coach Shakira, who will not have an artist represented in next week’s finale, eloquently praised Allen’s work ethic and said her biggest strengths are “her voice” and her “determination.”

“Determination is the engine that propels success in life,” the coach added.

Carrington, the last person to join Levine’s team after he was the only coach who pressed his button for her during the blind auditions, sweetly thanked him for “being the one button push that changed my entire life.”

Bradbery and The Swon Brothers, Colton and Zach, kept Team Blake intact for the finale, and together nabbed the top four spots on the iTunes Top 100 country chart for their performances the previous night.

Bradbery, a 16-year-old Texas high school student who has been impressing the judges with her near-flawless performances week after week, seems to be absorbing her burgeoning star status after a visit to her hometown high school this past week.

“Before this show I was in my room doing nothing like this at all,” she said. “[Now], everyone’s like, ‘I cannot believe you’re doing this.’ All my friends are all looking up at me like a big star. It’s really different to see that it’s just crazy to handle.”

Chamuel, a self-described nerdy introvert who has repeatedly expressed tremendous gratitude for her experience on the show, was the first artist saved Tuesday. A look of relieved shock spread over her face as her name was called, and coach Usher simply flashed a satisfied smile.

“It’s crazy,” she said shortly after her save. “Every single person on this show is so talented that my brain is just like ‘what’s happening?’ I’m still in shock, this is crazy.”
