Joy Behar has never been afraid to speak her mind, so when Andy Cohen asked her about a few hot topics, The View co-host was no holds barred.

During his SiriusXM show Deep & Shallow with Andy Cohen, Cohen inquired about Behar’s lowest point during her long-running career with the ABC morning show.

“Whenever I had to lie about something,” she responded.

“I had to say that Star Jones lost all that weight with Pilates or I had to pretend that she lost it other than the way that she did. I did not like that,” said Behar.”

Jones actually lost the weight thanks to gastric bypass surgery.

“It was sort of a given she wasn’t going to go out there and tell people that and it really undid her. She was a good panelist and when she shot herself in the foot like that I felt bad about it,” Behar continued.

While admittedly there were moments on the show that Behar didn’t love, one that she is particularly proud of is when she walked off the stage during an interview with Bill O’Reilly.

“Barbara didn’t like it,” Behar said, recalling when she stormed off set in 2010 when O’Reilly declared “Muslims killed us on 9/11.” “She said I should sit there and fight him. But I don’t sit with bully’s and he was bullying me.”

But now that she’s back co-hosting full time, Behar – who just landed in hot water for comments she made about a Miss America contestant – says she isn’t surprised Rosie O’Donnell‘s return did not work out well.

“Rosie is a good friend of mine and I’ve known her for years,” said Behar. “She goes back on the show and Whoopi and her together … I don’t know, not a great combination. They are both big stars and there is a power thing going on. Rosie knows how she wants a show to go on and so does Whoopi – and not necessarily in the same way, and that would be tough.”
