Did Ramona Singer send her new Real Housewives of New York City costar to the hospital?

The trailer for the sixth season of Bravo’s hit show, which returns March 11 (9 p.m. ET), appears to show the Pinot-loving original cast member flinging a wine glass at newbie Kristen Taekman, a model and businesswoman. The sound of a siren follows, as other unseen Housewives say, “You’re bleeding,” and “We have to go to the emergency room.” Watch the full trailer below.

Kristen, a mom of two who created a line of high-end greeting cards, joins Ramona, Sonja Morgan, their feuding partner Aviva Drescher, and returning Housewives Carole Radziwell and Heather Thompson for the new season, which follows the women as “they mix business with pleasure, party like rock stars, summer in the Hamptons and allow their emotions to get the best of them,” according to Bravo. LuAnn de Lesseps will appear in a recurring role, the network says.

This season the ladies will leave Manhattan behind for more than their usual Hamptons outings: The city slickers will also trek to the Berkshires and go “glamping” in Montana.

“I’ve never had a cowboy phase,” Carole says in the trailer.

The preview packs plenty of drama: The ladies attend a dog funeral, Sonja’s tooth falls out, Heather is accused of “bossing” her husband around and there are cat fights galore. With Ramona, Heather and Sonja all in tears, the cry count is up to three. And in a jaw-dropping final scene, Aviva’s prosthetic leg lies alone on the floor at a cocktail party.

LuAnn may not be a series regular this season, but don’t count the Countess out quite yet. The “Money Can’t Buy You Class” singer jumps right into the fray, clapping her hands in the middle of a shouting match and crying, “I’m the hostess!”
