Television The co-hosts of The Real really have become family. “I’ve noticed that our connection has gotten so strong that I’m thinking something and someone else starts saying it,” Jeannie Mai told PEOPLE Thursday shortly after filming a segment for the season 3 premiere of her Emmy-nominated syndicated talk show. “It’s like with twins,” added real-life twin Tamera Mowry-Housley. “We’re starting to finish each other’s sentences.” And the familial bond doesn’t stop there. As they head into their third season as costars – their first without Tamar Braxton – Mai, 37, Mowry-Housely, 38, Adrienne Bailon, 32, and Loni Love, 45, are starting to look alike, too! “When I go curly, she goes curly. When I go straight, she goes straight,” Mowry-Housley said of her and Love’s hairstyles. And just like sisters, the co-hosts can’t wait to attend Bailon’s upcoming wedding to singer-songwriter Israel Houghton. They’re even helping her get into wedding dress-ready shape. “I’m starting to eat all the Jeannie Mai food because I have to fit in a wedding dress,” said Bailon, as she eyed Mai’s sashimi and vegetable bowl. “Her meals are always so colorful,” added Mowry. Love is a bit more blunt with how Mai has impacted her diet. “Jeanie has gotten us healthy,” she said. “She has stuffed those chia seeds down my throat.” But Mai’s influence is paying off. “Loni has been so good, she’s been detoxing all summer,” said Mai. “She’s not drinking and eating healthy and she looks like a totally different person because she’s lost so much weight.” Love jokes her new look should actually be attributed to her and Mowry-Housley’s similar hairstyle. “Thanks,” she told Mai. “But it’s just the hair!” Check local listings for season 3 of The Real, premiering Monday, Sept. 12.
