Bill Klein has the art of party planning down to a science – literally!

In an adorable, exclusive sneak peek at this week’s episode of The Little Couple, Klein throws son Will a 5th birthday celebration that’s both exciting and educational.

At the bash, scientists dazzle Will and his buddies with a series of eye-popping experiments, including a Van de Graaff generator that makes Will’s hair stand on end, a poof of dry ice and an oozing volcano.

“My favorite part of the whole day was clearly Will with his hair sticking straight up,” says Dr. Jennifer Arnold. “I mean, he’s just got awesome hair for that.”

But Klein has high hopes that the party will leave a lasting impact on his son.

“I think this is definitely a positive experience for Will,” he says. “It might even encourage him to become a science geek for real. You know, he might like science classes as he goes forward.”

Still, even if Will doesn’t go on to be a science fanatic, Klein still walks away from the party with one important win – his wife’s pride!

“Right now Bill is definitely passing the test,” she laughs. “I’m very proud of my husband. I probably should never have doubted him.”
