Newly certified midwife Jill (Duggar) Dillard is still loving her other job: raising son Israel, 5 months.

Her sister Jessa (Duggar) Seewald posted a photo Monday of Dillard, 24, holding her baby boy on her lap and reading a children’s book.

“Story time with mama!” the mom-to-be captioned her Instagram, which shows Israel wearing space-themed footie pajamas.

Seewald, 22, also posted a video of her nephew giggling.

Fans will be seeing more of “baby Dilly” soon enough: TLC announced Thursday that Jessa and Jill are returning to reality TV with a series of specials about their new families.

PEOPLE first reported about a potential spinoff focusing on the sisters in May.

TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting in July after their brother Josh Duggar admitted to molesting five underage girls, including Jessa and Jill, as a teenager. He is now undergoing treatment in a faith-based rehab center following his confession that he cheated on his wife using Ashley Madison.
