Aaron Rodgers Thinks It's 'Inappropriate' to Talk About Brother Jordan but Says 'I Wish Him Well' on The Bachelorette
"I haven't seen the show, to be honest with you, so it hasn't really affected me a whole lot," Aaron told WISN 12 News Tuesday
Aaron Rodgers speaks! … Sort of.
The Green Bay Packers quarterback has been making headlines throughout this season of The Bachelorette as his younger brother Jordan – one of JoJo Fletcher‘s final two suitors – has revealed the two brothers are estranged and essentially don’t have a relationship.
In an interview with ABC’s WISN 12 News Tuesday, the NFL star didn’t exactly dish any details – but he did reveal he hasn’t been following Jordan’s quest for love on the small screen.
“I haven’t seen the show, to be honest with you, so it hasn’t really affected me a whole lot,” said Aaron, 32.

When pressed further about the nature of the relationship, Aaron declined to elaborate.
“As far as those kinds of things go, I’ve always found that it’s a little inappropriate to talk publicly about some family matters, so I’m just – I’m not going to speak on those things, but I wish him well in the competition,” he said.
On last week’s hometown dates, Fletcher, 25, traveled to the Rodgers’ home in Chico, California to meet Jordan’s parents and eldest brother Luke.
Though Jordan, 27, maintained Aaron “doesn’t need to be a topic,” Luke explained that while it’s something the family doesn’t “really like to talk about a whole lot,” it still affects them.
“It pains both of us like, not to have that relationship [with Aaron] – we miss our brother,” said Luke. “I trust that God brings things full circle and that everything would just get back to us being a family.”
During an on-camera interview, Jordan admitted it “would have been nice to share JoJo with not only my parents and my brother Luke, but my brother Aaron as well.”
“I miss my brother a lot,” he added. “Especially in moments like this because my family means so much.”
The Bachelorette: Men Tell All airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET, and The Bachelorette finale airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET, both on ABC.
