'Bachelor' Sean Lowe & Fiancée Catherine Giudici: We're Getting Married Soon!

The couple, who can finally go public with their love, plan to wed with a special on ABC

Bucking a grand history of Bachelor tradition, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are moving full steam ahead with their nuptials, revealing on Monday’s After the Final Rose that they will televise their wedding on ABC.

“It’s just fitting,” says Lowe, 29.

Agrees Giudici, 26: “We have everything in our relationship documented so far. It’s right for us!”

The pair, who got engaged with a romantic proposal in Thailand four months ago and can now finally publicly proclaim their love, are basking in newly betrothed bliss.

“We’ve been harboring this secret for so long,” says the groom-to-be. “We just want some sort of normalcy, to go out to eat, hold hands and do all the things that couples do!”

As for those wedding plans? “We don’t have a date yet,” says Lowe. “But we’ve kicked around a lot of ideas, most of which are silly and fun. We just want it to be a big party.”

Fans of the show may not have pegged playful graphic designer Giudici as a potential winner, but Lowe says he felt something special early on. “I just loved being around her,” he says. “We had the friendship and the romance.”

Following the proposal, Lowe and Giudici kept up communication through texts, phone calls and Skype, as well as a few incognito rendezvous. “Every one or two weekends we’d meet up and be locked up in a house somewhere,” says Lowe. “We loved every minute of it!”

Soon, the wedding bells will chime, and Lowe and Giudici are looking forward to their future together. “There are so many things we want to do and places we want to discover together,” says Giudici.

Adds Lowe: “I love her so much. I know this is meant to be.”
