First comes love, next comes … moving in!

The Bachelor‘s Lauren Bushnell will be moving from Marina del Rey, California, to Denver to move in with her new fiancé Ben Higgins.

“I’m just excited to grocery shopping together,” Bushnell tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week’s issue. Adds Higgins: “I want to hold her hand in public. And I’m excited to work on our house together.”

As for marriage plans, think sooner rather than later.

“Neither of us want a long engagement,” says Bushnell, 26. “I’ve never been the girl to dream about her wedding, but now I’m starting to think about it.”

Says Higgins, who politely declined Chris Harrison‘s offer to wed on Monday’s live After the Final Rose special: “I want a huge reception. How often in life do all your friends and family gather in one room to celebrate something? Why get married tomorrow if we can plan a big ass party?”

And when it comes to kids, the future Mr. and Mrs. Higgins are definitely on the same page.
