After welcoming their daughter Novalee Reign last January, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra were overjoyed about their newest family member, but as the MTV stars settled into parenthood, Baltierra expressed concern over Lowell’s possible postpartum depression.

In an exclusive sneak peek at Monday’s episode, the couple visit their counselor to try and get some insight.

“I would like you opinion on how many days a week do you think a baby should be at grandma’s, like we get a night and they’re away for a night,” Baltierra explains.

“Our family has opinion on where is Nova, why is she never home, is Catelynn going through postpartum.”

While Baltierra says he can’t help but notice Lowell is asking for a lot of help from family to watch the Nova, the new mom says says it’s because it can be overwhelming.

“I’m the one who is always waking up in the middle of the night, waking up at seven every day and sometimes I just want a break,” says Lowell.

The couple’s counselor agrees that Nova spending two nights week with grandma is okay, but if it gets to be more than that then perhaps something else is going on.

“So maybe that’s my responsibility then,” Baltierra says. “I need to do more.”

Teen Mom OG airs Mondays (10 p.m. ET) on MTV.
