Jenner is set to join the Supergirl cast as a potential romantic partner for Benoist’s character, Kara Zor-El, reports TVLine. E! Online adds that Jenner, 23, is set to appear in several episodes of the new CBS show as Adam Foster, a handsome figure linked to Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart). According to TVLine, Foster’s presence places a strain on Kara’s relationship with Cat as she and Foster develop an unexpected relationship. Benoist, 27, announced the news by posting an Instagram photo Wednesday of Jenner on set and captioning it: “Coming to National City.” https://instagram.com/p/-QUUQwpV9C/ The former Glee costars met while playing love interests on Ryan Murphy‘s musical TV series in 2012. Jenner and Benoist married this past spring after reportedly getting engaged in July 2013. Supergirl airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on CBS, and Jenner’s upcoming episodes are set to air in 2016.
