The fallout from the Ashley Madison hack continues – this time tangling the husband of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi in cheating allegations.

On Monday night, reports surfaced claiming an email account connected to Jionni Lavalle, the former Jersey Shore star’s husband, was identified in the data leak from the website for people who want to cheat on their spouses.

While Polizzi’s rep told PEOPLE the couple is not addressing the rumor, this isn’t the first time there have been rumors about Lavelle having a wandering eye.

In January, Polizzi, 27, took to Twitter to defend her hubby and deny a tabloid story that accused him of flirting and exchanging phone numbers with other women.

“FYI, this BS story intouch is posting is a lie & ‘told’ LAST summer LOL,” the reality star Tweeted. “Lost all respect for that magazine. My man ain’t going nowhere #shady.”

Polizzi and LaValle, who tied the knot in November, have a 3-year-old son, Lorenzo, and welcomed a baby girl, Giovanna, last September.
