Shonda Rhimes made headlines in September when she publicly stated she doesn’t want to get married.

But now the Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal admits she reserves the right to change her mind.

“I don’t know. As I said in the book, [Year of Yes], maybe when I’m 75 or when my youngest in graduating from college, who knows,” says Rhimes, who is featured in the current issue of PEOPLE. “Maybe I’ll change my mind but right now I don’t see it.”

That being said, the executive producer of How to Get Away with Murder, 45, isn’t saying that she’s against getting into a serious relationship. She just isn’t looking to co-habitate with anyone other than her daughters Harper, 13, Emerson, 3, and Beckett, 2.

“I’m like, just live next door,” says Rhimes. “Live across the street!”
