Robert Herjavec is polishing up his dancing shoes for his upcoming wedding to his fiancée Kym Johnson.

Talking to PEOPLE at Monday night’s PEOPLE & Entertainment Weekly‘s Upfronts Party in New York, Herjavec and Johnson dished on their upcoming nuptials and the “full production” going into their wedding dance.

“We have a lot going on, the wedding is coming up in the summer time,” Johnson said.

“Thousands of people are coming, it’s incredible,” added Herjavec, 53, who jokinged that he’s in control of their big day: “It’s all about me.”

Johnson said her future husband is “really into it,” but noted, “I’m not going to lie, he was freaked out about the flowers.”

Quipped Herjavec: “How could flowers cost that much money?”

Aside from planning out the wedding décor, the fiancés agree that they’re mainly excited to spend the occasion just being together and with their family.

“It’s going to be amazing. It doesn’t feel real right now,” said Johnson, 39.

“I’m real excited about the first dance,” Herjavec said. “I’m not sure – are we doing a tango? A salsa? A jive?”

Johnson admitted, “Robert didn’t want to do a dance. [He] said to me ‘I so don’t want to do it, I’ve hung up my dance shoes,’ and the other day he’s like, ‘I want to do a full production. I want to do a number with the bridal party.’ ”

Herjavec and Johnson were engaged in March almost a year after they first met when they were partnered on Dancing with the Stars.
