Shannen Doherty has reached a settlement in the lawsuit she filed against her former business manager, – Tanner, Mainstain Glynn & Johnson – according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The settlement, filed Friday to the Los Angeles Superior Court, states that the case is conditional and contingent on “the satisfactory completion of specified terms that are to be performed within 45 days of the date of settlement.”

The amount that Doherty, 45, and the defendant settled for was not disclosed.

In 2015, 90210 actress accused her manager for failing to pay her insurance premiums, allowing her health insurance to lapse, during which time she did not receive medical care.

According to the lawsuit, the actress, who is married to photographer Kurt Iswarienko, was first diagnosed in March of last year. She “discovered that she had invasive breast cancer metastatic to at least one lymph node,” the lawsuit reveals, and “was informed that her cancer had spread during 2014 (when she was uninsured).”

Doherty has been unable to work since the diagnosis and has incurred “significant” medical expenses, according to the suit.

The actress, who is undergoing chemotherapy, revealed in early August that her cancer spread to her lymph nodes: “I had breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes, and from one of my surgeries we discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes, so for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I’ll do radiation.”
