His eyes! His eyes!
Wednesday’s episode of Schitt’s Creek is called “The Walk In” for a reason: Snotty son David Rose (Daniel Levy) finds his parents Moira (Catherine O’Hara) and Johnny (Eugene Levy) in flagrante delicto.
Since the riches-to-rags Roses are currently in very close quarters after losing everything, David easily storms out through the adjoining door so he can express his revulsion to sister Alexis (Annie Murphy).
Johnny tries to explain that middle-age lovin’ is perfectly natural, but when Moira feels insulted by her son, she takes a more blunt approach: “Having sex is not just about making children so they can grow up and make you feel bad about having sex. I will not be shamed. Shame on you!”
Shoots back David, “Shame on you for attempting that position at 8 o’clock in the morning!”
Perhaps most intriguing, Daniel – who writes the series – is Eugene’s real-life son. Is there something you’d like to tell us, Levy men?
Schitt’s Creek airs Wednesdays (10 p.m. ET) on Pop.
