The starlet, 26, shared a shot of her new tattoo – a sketch of one of her performances on the ABC reality competition – Tuesday on Instagram. “I got it because I really wanted to just have a reminder of the journey I went through. I don’t think I’ve ever put so much – physically, mentally, emotionally – into anything, or wanted something so badly,” Willis told PEOPLE Wednesday at the StarShop launch in New York City. “I feel like the journey that I won has helped me grow so much into such a completely different person, and I have such a different type of confidence in myself now,” she added. “The only place you can really find the confidence and the love for yourself is within you, so that has to be what carries you: not all of these external things.” Her new ink isn’t the only way Willis is holding on to her DWTS days. Turns out she caught the ballroom bug, and it’s her new fitness regime – she’s “dancing away!” “I called Val [Chmerkovskiy], I was like, ‘I want to keep dancing! Let’s go!’ ” she says. “I just found such a love for dancing. If anybody would love to just feel great, not just physically but you want to feel such confidence, just go and take ballroom dancing class! I love it more than any kind of workout.” RELATED VIDEO: Hear from Dancing with the Stars Winners Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy After winning the Season 20 Mirror Ball Trophy, Willis and Chmerkovskiy will reunite on the Dancing With the Stars: Live!
