Rosie O’Donnell has taken to Twitter to assure fans that her daughter Chelsea is “OK” following the teen’s reported hospitalization earlier this week.

O’Donnell’s formerly estranged 19-year-old daughter was taken to a Long Island hospital Tuesday to undergo psychiatric evaluation, according to E! News.

Along with a throwback photo of Chelsea, the 54-year-old TV personality tweeted on Wednesday, “She is ok… #RealLife #chillymy.”

A source tells E! that Chelsea is “alert and awake” and “safe,” but will undergo evaluation by mental health professionals at the hospital.

The former The View host recently reconciled with her adopted daughter after reporting her missing in August 2015.

After a frantic search, Chelsea was found safe with her boyfriend, alleged heroin addict Steven Sheerer, in New Jersey.

“Chelsea, like millions of people, lives with mental illness,” Cindi Berger, O’Donnell’s representative, told PEOPLE at the time. “It has been a difficult road for Chelsea and her family and they just want her back safe.”

“Just like many 18-year-olds, I am simply just trying to find my OWN identity through life and that hasn’t been easy a lot of times always being in the public eye as a child, and not by choice,” Chelsea wrote in a statement in November.

She also said that her rocky relationship with her mother would be handled privately.

O’Donnell posted a selfie with Chelsea last month to celebrate her daughter’s 19th birthday.
