What does Rob Kardashian‘s latest selfie mean?

The reclusive reality star took to Instagram late Tuesday night to share a picture of himself wearing a bandana covering most of his face, except for his eyes, captioning the shot with two devil emojis. (It’s unclear if the selfie is recent or from a few years ago.)

Rob, 28, also deleted all of his previous posts on the social media site, something he’s done before. He is also not following any other Instagram users.

The strange social media behavior comes after his sister Khloé Kardashian, 31, opened up about her younger brother’s life out of the spotlight and recent diabetes diagnosis on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday.

“I mean I don’t think he blames any of us [for his problems], we talk about stuff all the time,” Khloé said of her brother, who has remained out of the public eye for almost two years after significant weight gain and battling depression. “I think Rob hit a dark place more so dealing with my dad’s death that happened later in life.”

“He kind of had no direction and I feel like he felt lost there, and I think that’s when he started dealing with my father’s passing,” Khloé continued, “and then breakups and all this stuff happened, which I think added to other things in his life, but it’s issues he had to deal with from the start that he just didn’t.”

Khloé also suggested that Rob wants to return to filming the family’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, at some point, something momager Kris Jenner also also discussed recently.

“I mean he was very happy doing the show for many years and he still says he misses doing the show,” Khloé said.
