What a day!

In a sneak peek at the upcoming E! Rob & Chyna Baby Special, proud father Rob Kardashian gets to meet his daughter Dream Renée Kardashian for the very first time — and it’s pretty clear emotions are running high.

The new promo shows Blac Chyna lying in her hospital bed after giving birth to the couple’s first child together. Rob, 29, can be seen wearing scrubs and looking over at his fiancée lovingly. The two also exchange a sweet kiss.

“This is Dad!” grandmother Kris Jenner gushes to baby Dream, who was born via cesarean section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Nov. 10 and is 4 weeks old now.

The emotional clip, however, comes at a tense time for the family: though Chyna, 28, is engaged to Rob and their daughter carries the Kardashian name, Rob’s sisters Kim, Khloé and Kourtney‘s legal teams have attempted to block Chyna from taking the name herself.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE this week, the sisters opposed Chyna’s request to trademark the name “Angela Renée Kardashian” to use while working in entertainment and on her social media.

According to the documents, the sisters’ companies claim they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna, née Angela Renée White, takes the Kardashian name.

Of the filing, however, a source told PEOPLE that the Kardashians “probably didn’t even know it was happening” as they “own their trademarks in most categories worldwide, and the trademark attorneys’ standard practice is to oppose anyone who tries to file anything.”

Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley told PEOPLE that he was “shocked” to learn of the filing and that of the “many trademarks” he’s filed for her, “this is the first one that’s ever been opposed.”

“I would hope that this is just a junior lawyer’s error, who’s just responding to everything and not really looking at who it’s from or why it was filed,” he said. “There’s a softer side of this where Angela has to have a conversation with her family. But until I hear otherwise, I’m just going to proceed as I normally would with a lawsuit.”
