'RHOC' 's Kelly Dodd Calls Shannon Beador a 'Drunk' in Argumentative Airport-Bound Battle

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Mondays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo

It’s safe to say that Kelly Dodd won’t be joining her Real Housewives of Orange County costars on a girls trip again anytime soon.

After isolating herself from nearly everyone during the RHOC Ireland getaway, the 42-year-old mother of one found herself in the center of the drama once again — clashing with Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow and Vicki Gunvalson during an early-morning drive to the airport.

It was the most dramatic airport trip seen on the the show since Gunvalson was sent a “family van” back in season 1. But it all started on the first day of the three-day trip, when Dodd suggested Judge’s estranged daughter no longer spoke to the Cut Fitness owner because she was a liar.

“I feel like I owe you an apology,” Dodd told Judge, 49, the next day at lunch. “You’re a wonderful mother and I am so sorry that I hurt you. I did not mean it — I said it out of anger because I do know how much you love your children… I’m just trying to be a better person. I was wrong and I’m sorry.”

“I didn’t mean for you to hear it,” she continued. “I just said it ’cause I was mad. I’m telling you what I did was wrong and I don’t want to harbor any bad feelings or anything like that. I hate that.”

Judge appreciated the apology, but she didn’t necessarily accept it. “That’s something that’s so hurtful that it’s just something that I don’t know if I can get over it,” she told Dodd.

“As a Christian, I’m supposed to forgive,” Judge confessed. “But this particular situation is too sensitive, too painful and too new. I don’t even want to talk about her because I really don’t have anything nice to say about her and I just kind of feel like I should say nothing at all. And the longer I stay away from her, the better off we are. If anyone can test the limits of my faith, it’s Kelly Dodd. Jesus help me here!”

Ignoring Dodd all day didn’t help, though. In fact, it only made Dodd feel like she was being ganged up on — even by her friend, Gunvalson, 54.

“I feel tremendously uncomfortable,” Dodd said. “I feel like they are in their clique and they are 100 percent excluding me. I feel like a pack of wolves came after me and I was by myself. This was the worst trip of my life. Day one, Vicki didn’t want to stick up for me. She has completely abandoned me. What happened to my friend?”

At dinner on their last night, Dodd tried her best to stay away from alcohol — though Beador seemed determined to get her liquored up. “These women are trying to get me drunk, and they know that when they get me drunk that I will snap,” Dodd explained. “And I’m not buying their bulls—.”

Hours later, all came to a head. Though the show’s cameras weren’t around to capture much of the action, Dubrow, 47, did film some of the arguments on her phone.

As the women explained, Judge, Beador, Dubrow and Gunvalson had gathered at the hotel bar after dinner for a few late night drinks. There, Gunvalson revealed to Judge that Dodd been “saying some s—– things” about her behind her back — including accusing Judge of being a mean girl.

Judge then went on the attack, texting Dodd to reveal that Gunvalson was spilling all of her secrets. Soon, all the ladies (minus a sleeping Meghan King Edmonds, 32) gathered in the halls of the hotel to confront Dodd, who claimed she had never talked badly about Judge before.

On the ride to the airport, the arguing escalated.

“I just want to go home. I just want to go home,” Dodd said. “I don’t know why everyone attacks me. I didn’t do anything to anybody. You know what? Their problem is that they can dish it out but they can’t take it. That’s their problem.”

Beador spoke up, explaining that she had been taking it from Dodd in the past. But her defense only made her a target for Dodd’s wrath. “Keep drinking you drunk,” Dodd told Beador. “You’re a drunk…Why don’t you start shaving that friggin’ chin off with all that hair on there?”

“You take things down to such a new low,” Dubrow chimed in, turning to Judge. “She’s insane — I feel bad for her kid. It’s sad.”

It was now Dubrow’s turn for Dodd’s anger. “You’re insane,” Dodd snapped. “You’re drunk and you’re actually being insane. All you do is talk about me all night and then try to videotape me and ambush me. You’re like a little leech. You’re like a sidewinder.”

The comments didn’t seem to affect Dubrow. “Nothing you will say will hurt me because you are trash,” she said to Dodd as the episode ended.

We’ll see how Dodd handled that comment next week.
