Porsha Williams Gives Birth to New 'RHOA' Spinoff — See a First Look at 'Porsha's Having a Baby'

PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at Porsha Williams' new three-episode limited Bravo series

What a difference a year has made in the life of Porsha Williams!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 37, went from single lady to engaged lady and mother, all within the span of 12 months. And in her new limited Bravo series Real Housewives of Atlanta: Porsha’s Having a Baby, she lets the cameras in on her life with fiancé Dennis McKinley as they get ready to welcome daughter Pilar Jhena (born March 22).

It may be a fairytale, but like every good story, it’s not without conflict.

PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the spinoff, and it appears that Williams and McKinley — who got engaged in September — have a lot of problems to solve.

“We have little things you have to work out,” she says.

That includes where they’re going to live. In RHOA‘s eleventh season, McKinley agreed to abandon his bachelor pad in downtown Atlanta in exchange for moving into Williams’ suburban home. And though he’s there now, he’s not exactly unpacked and settled.

“He’s a whole grown ass man who’s been on his own,” Williams explains of McKinley — the camera showing that he’s been living out of boxes, with all of his belongings being stored in her basement.

McKinley isn’t too keen on their arrangement. Throughout the preview, he nags Williams about her home’s location, referring to it as “your house.”

“You gotta stop this, ‘Your house,’ ” she tells him.

“You can’t tell me it’s my crib and then hit me with a rental agreement!” he shouts back.

McKinley’s mother clashes with Williams after telling her son that Williams needs to let him “be the leader” in their relationship.

“Do you want to be a baby mama or a wife?” she sneers at Williams,

“Oh baby, I’m already a fiancée!” the quick-witted reality star claps back.

By the end, Williams’ own mother steps in to set McKinley’s mom straight. “It would be the most horrible thing in the world for the mother to break them up,” she screams.

Despite their conflict, Williams and McKinley seem stronger than ever — especially as they make their way in the final moments of the preview to the deliver room.

“We are definitely soul mates,” Williams says. “We have ups and downs but at the end of the day it has all come down to this very moment.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta; Porsha’s Having a Baby three-part special airs over three Sundays, beginning April 28 (at 8 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
