Inaugural Bachelorette Rehn gave her heart to Sutter on the show's season finale in 2003, and the couple tied the knot on Dec. 6 that same year. Almost a decade later, the pair is proud parents to 5-year-old son Maxwell and 4-year-old daughter Blakesley. "There is no secret formula," Trista told PEOPLE in 2004 of making their reality romance work. "Ryan and I were obviously ready … It was in the cards for us."

Two years after costarring together in the Broadway revival of Hair, American Idol alum Young, who appeared on season 5, popped the question to season 3 runner-up DeGarmo during an appearance on the show's 2012 season finale. "I love you to death. You're my best friend. I want to make this last forever," he said, before asking, "Will you marry me?"

Following separate Survivor stints, Brkich and Mariano met on the 2004 All-Star edition of the show and was madly in love by its finale. They made it official on April 16, 2005, and have since welcomed three daughters – 4-year-old Lucia, 2-year-old Carina and 1-year-old Isabetta. "Three girls under 3 has made life a little crazy at times," Amber told PEOPLE, "but that is what Rob and I are all about. We are absolutely loving life with our three little princesses."

After proposing to Melissa Rycroft on the 13th season of The Bachelor, Mesnick shocked the nation when he broke up with her and returned to runner-up Malaney. "Jason got me a baby book and one of the pages is, 'How Mommy and Daddy Met.' That will be an interesting conversation, to say the least!" Molly joked with PEOPLE.
