Teresa Giudice knows how to keep it classy — just don’t tell her to pay attention, puh-lease. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is flipping the tables on the ladies of The Real Housewives of New York by sounding off on season 3 of their show. In this post, she tackles the season’s biggest feud, Bethenny vs. Jill:

I have to say, watching The Real Housewives of New York City is a lot like watching a tennis match: First you’re looking one direction, then the other, then back again. I’m getting dizzy trying to keep up with these ladies!

The major drama of the season so far seems to be the fight between former best friends Jill and Bethenny. We learn a little more every week. This week, they finally had it out, although over the phone, not in person.

Up to this point, it seemed like Bethenny was doing most of the dirty work, and I was more on Team Jill. But it’s real life — it’s messy and it’s not as easy as one is right and one is wrong. This week I saw a side to Jill that wasn’t pretty (that “a little birdie told me” email to Kelly, for example).

Tell us: Are you on Team Bethenny or Team Jill?

We knew Bethenny didn’t call Jill’s husband Bobby when he was fighting cancer. But this week we found out that Bethenny did email Jill to ask about Bobby’s health and never heard back. Bethenny claims she didn’t know how sick Bobby really was. Jill says a true friend would know. Could Bethenny have called Bobby directly? Of course! But why would she if she didn’t know Bobby was really sick? Then again, was it a big secret?

Jill makes it sound like all she did all summer was live in the hospital with Bobby. Surely, Bethenny would have heard about that — they hang around the same . But Bethenny claims she didn’t know, and that all summer Jill was blogging about her fabulous trips and vacations. It would be unforgivable if Bethenny did know about Bobby’s cancer and didn’t call. But if she didn’t know and assumed everything was fine based on Jill’s blog and the fact that she didn’t call back, then that would be another story.

So what really happened? Bethenny is a busy lady. I know I’m about to start touring for my cookbook, Skinny Italian, and I’m not going to be around for my friends like I usually am. But where were the other Housewives all summer? Why didn’t anyone else mentioned Bobby’s cancer to Bethenny? And why didn’t Jill just email or call Bethenny herself? A simple “Hi, b—-, thanks for not calling. My husband has freakin’ cancer!” would have done the trick.

Something doesn’t smell right about this whole thing. I guess we’ll have to stay tuned!

Thank you all for your amazing comments on my blog. I read each and every one of them. To read more of my takes go to, and for the dates when I’ll be signing my new cookbook, out May 4, check out my Web site at I can’t wait to meet you all! –Teresa Giudice
