The Real Housewives of New York City headed to Atlantic City for Ramona Singer‘s birthday, but the real gamble was whether the wives would kill one another.

They started out fighting (and drinking) in the morning after Sonja Morgan refused to let them into her home in the driving rain, and the fighting (and drinking) never stopped.

“This is my birthday weekend, and I’ve had enough stress in my life,” Singer yelled in the limo ride to Atlantic City.

“On a scale of one to 10, how happy am I that I missed the limo ride?” asked Carole Radziwill. “A 12.”

But Radziwill would have been wiser to skip dinner, where Bethenny Frankel feuded with Morgan for being repetitive and “pretentious.”

“If Sonja were a superhero, she’d be the repeater,” said Frankel, who also called out Heather Thomson for being late for dinner. “She needs a big ‘R’ on her cape. Take a Xanax. She needs a stun gun.”

When Morgan started to cry, however, Frankel made nice (and later had a touching heart-to-heart with her about her ex-husband and financial issues).

“You alienated the one person who held you up as pillar,” said Morgan, who later cheered up. “Gambling is so much more fun than dinner.”

“You can’t reason with Sonja,” countered Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, who could, however, serve as Sonja’s “snatch guard,” protecting her privates while she danced in her short, silver dress. And that was after she told cameras of partying with Sonja: “You know at some point in the evening, Sonja’s gonna try to make out with you.”

“This is the Sonja I love and adore,” said Singer. “I hope this night never ends.”

But Frankel could, especially after one last run-in with Morgan.

“She’s like One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” said Frankel, leaving Morgan in the club for Dorinda Medley to put to bed.
