Last week’s The Real Housewives of New York City may have been called the “Tipsying Point,” but Wednesday’s episode shows the exact moment Bethenny Frankel and Sonja Morgan‘s friendship reaches its breaking point.

In an exclusive clip from the episode, the pair are at odds over Morgan’s new Tipsy Girl brand, which she launched with a party in last week’s episode. Frankel is none too pleased that Tipsy Girl’s name is so similar to her own Skinnygirl.

“When a brand rides on the coattails of another brand and kind of uses a similar name, they call it a cheater brand,” says Frankel, 45.

Morgan, 52, claims it was “kind of a fluke” that they had similar names.

“You inspire me, you mentor me. I look up to you. If I could have anything like you, I would love that,” says Morgan.

Frankel doesn’t buy that, saying that while she doesn’t think Tipsy Girl could hurt her own brand, she was “personally hurt” as a friend.

“I’m completely insulted and I don’t want anything to do with you.”

In last week’s episode, Morgan friends toasted her new prosecco at her birthday party – which Frankel did not attend.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
