Entertainment TV 'RHONJ' Sneak Peek: Teresa Giudice's Husband Joe Puts Her at Risk of a Major Parole Violation RHONJ airs Monday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo By Natalie Stone Published on September 2, 2016 10:00 AM Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: Alo Ceballos/Getty Teresa Giudice has been consciously staying on the right side of the law since she was released from federal prison last December, but that didn’t stop her husband Joe from nearly making a major slip-up on her behalf before starting his own 41-month prison sentence in March. In an exclusive sneak peek at next week’s special Monday night airing of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa learns that Joe has potentially violated the terms of her parole by inviting a convicted felon to the release of her memoir, Turning the Tables. Teresa, 44, explains in a confessional: “My attorney Jim found out he’s a felon, so one of the rules that I have to follow is that I can’t be around other felons.” RELATED VIDEO: Why Teresa Giudice Says She Never Blamed Joe for Her Prison Sentence It’s just one mistake Joe, 44, made with the guest list – he also invited the same friend’s teenage son to the 21-and over event. “Joe, he came with somebody underage? You can’t have somebody underage. They have to be 21,” the mother of four tells her husband. “They can’t let a kid in?” Joe inquires of the 12-year-old boy. “No Joe, that’s why Gia‘s not here,” she says of their teenage daughter. “It’s the law.” Joe fires back, “Whose law?” After a beat, Joe assures his wife: “I would never jeopardize you, my love. I love you.” The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs at a special time this Labor Day weekend, directly following The Real Housewives of Orange County in its regular time slot on Mondays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
