On part one of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion Sunday night, Teresa Giudice faced off against, well, all three of her present costars.

Talk turned especially explosive when Caroline Manzo revealed that Giudice confided in her that she never planned to make up with her brother, Joe Gorga, and had called him “an a——.”

“I don’t get Caroline’s problem with me,” Giudice tells PEOPLE in a new interview. “I never did anything to intentionally hurt people.”

Despite the tense episode and her escalating feud with Manzo over her behavior around her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and cousin Kathy Wakile, Giudice says her family comes first.

“I love my family,” she tells PEOPLE. “I love Melissa. My brother is married to her for seven years. I’m trying to make things better.”

With Jacqueline Laurita absent from the reunion, and nasty accusations flying between Teresa and Caroline, Giudice says she feels set up.

“They are trying to make it look like I’m hurting Melissa,” she says of her cast mates. “But, if anything, I always stuck by her.”

During part two of the reunion – scheduled to air Oct. 23 – the ladies appear to address Caroline’s waning relationship with her sister Dina Manzo, who left the Housewives in season 2.

“I never, ever got in between Dina and Caroline,” Teresa says, addressing her alleged involvement in their family problems. “It’s none of my business.”

Dina Manzo, who now stars on Dina s Party on HGTV, tells PEOPLE that “Teresa has nothing to do with my relationship with my sister.”

“I wish all of the girls peace and happiness in their lives,” she says. “As far as my relationship with my sister is concerned I’m sure in time things will mend itself.”
