Ever wanted to live like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Now’s your chance.

Cast member Yolanda Foster and her husband, David, have put their luxurious Malibu manse on the market.

The price tag? A cool $27.5 million.

That tidy sum nabs quite the sprawling pad: The European-villa-style home, which was built in 2009 and stretches across 11,600 square feet, features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a screening room, library and – as befits Yolanda’s Grammy-winning hubby – a recording studio.

But the pièce de résistance is the home’s plum perch, which offers dramatic ocean and mountain views.

The new homeowner will also be buying a snippet of TV glamour: The house has been featured prominently on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Location, location, location!
