Yolanda Foster has moved on from her estranged husband – and into new digs.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star bought a $4.59 million condo at the lavish Carlyle Residences in Los Angeles, according to Curbed.

The 3,950-square-foot dwelling boasts three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and a private elevator – and the building, long a celebrity haunt, includes a pool, gym and lounge.

Yolanda, 51, was photographed moving into a new apartment in mid-December. The former model had been living in a condo purchased by her estranged husband, music producer David Foster, during her ongoing battle with Lyme disease. The couple sold their sprawling Malibu estate in October and revealed they are divorcing after four years of marriage with an exclusive statement to PEOPLE on Dec. 1.

David, 66, had been staying at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
