The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills proved in the season four premiere Monday night that they still know how to put the “Oh!” in 90210.

The feud between Kyle Richards and Yolanda H. Foster – as well as the simmering tension between Richards and Lisa Vanderpump – continued in the premiere, which centered around a cocktail party Richards, 44, threw at her home to celebrate the centennial of Beverly Hills after joining the city’s Chamber of Commerce.

“I don’t know exactly what she’ll bring to the Chamber of Commerce,” Vanderpump, 53, deadpanned, “but we’ll see.”

“I feel like Lisa is punishing me,” said Richards, who hired Vanderpump’s restaurant, Sur, to cater the party in order to make amends. “I don’t want to play games with my friends.”

Vanderpump went so far as to address the infidelity gossip surrounding Richard’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, directly with the couple at their home.

“There’s all these nasty rumors about Mauricio,” said Vanderpump, whose recent stint on Dancing with the Stars was also showcased.

Foster, 49, who underwent treatment for Lyme disease, said her illness “showed me who my true friends are. Brandi [Glanville] has been there for me.”

The outspoken Glanville, 40, whose memoir Drinking & Tweeting was a bestseller, moved into a new house, thanks to her book royalties and her new boyfriend (who also happens to be her real estate agent).

“I’m a white version of The Jeffersons, and I’m movin’ on up,” she joked about her beautiful new home.

A stunning-looking Kim Richards, 49, who told PEOPLE earlier this year that “my whole life today is amazing” because she was sober, was shown trying in vain to train her growing puppy, Kingsley.

“[Kingsley] has filled a huge void for me,” said the former child star.

And two new housewives, former Miss Puerto Rico Joyce Giraud, 38, and self-proclaimed witch Carlton Gebbia, 40, were introduced and promise to bring loads of sizzle, as well as huge hair.

“For sure, [Joyce] has better hair than Kyle,” Foster not-so-jokingly jabbed at the end of the show, referencing the luscious locks of the star of NBC’s Siberia and former Miss Universe runner-up.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
