Entertainment TV 'RHOBH' Cameras Catch David Foster Doubting His Marriage to Yolanda Hadid Yolanda Hadid and David Foster announced in December they had split after four years of marriage By Aurelie Corinthios Published on March 14, 2016 03:20 PM Share Tweet Pin Email Trending Videos There’s never a shortage of drama on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Tuesday’s upcoming episode is no exception. In a sneak peek released by Entertainment Tonight, David Foster is caught on camera questioning his marriage to Yolanda Hadid. In the clip, the duo are at a rooftop cocktail party in New York City with a few other RHOBH stars, including Erika Girardi and Kyle Richards. (They were in town for the Global Lyme Alliance’s inaugural gala, which took place back in October. At the time, Foster and Hadid were still together – they went on to split in December.) In the dramatic preview, Hadid, 52, enjoys the night out with her girlfriends when the camera pans over Foster, 66, sitting on the couch with his friend Tom, seemingly not realizing they are being filmed. “Are you feeling better?” Tom asks. Though the camera pans away from them and back toward Richards, who is sitting on the other end of the couch, their conversation can still be heard. “A little, yeah. It’s been a stretch,” Foster responds. “I want your life to go back to the way it was when you first got together,” Tom continues, to which Foster counters: “How’s that going to happen?” “It’s going to happen,” Tom says reassuringly. “I don’t know,” Foster says, sounding defeated. In a confessional spliced right afterwards, Hadid opens up about the state of their marriage and how her diagnosis with chronic Lyme disease affected their relationship. “You know, David has lost his wingman,” Yolanda explains. “He married a woman that was a social butterfly, always out, and doing and doing and then all of a sudden, I got sick. And you know, [I’m] the shell of the woman I used to be. Yes, he gets impatient. We’ve been trying to work through all the ups and downs. This is my journey, but unfortunately, it’s out of my control.” Two months after the scene was shot, Hadid and Foster announced their decision to divorce exclusively to PEOPLE. “Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways,” their statement read. “We’ve shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues. We are grateful for the years we’ve spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best.” In a recent appearance on The Dr. Oz Show, Hadid echoed a similar sentiment about the strain her diagnosis put on their marriage: “The patient suffers, but the caretakers suffer too. At the end of the day, David never changed. I changed. Unfortunately these are the cards life dealt me. It wasn’t a choice, but I’m not the woman I used to be. And I probably never will be again.” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
