Rachel Frederickson has admitted she was “too enthusiastic” as she trained for the Biggest Loser finale, during which she shocked viewers with her 105-lb. frame.

Just weeks later, the season 15 winner has revealed a healthier look and says she couldn’t be happier.

“I’m the healthiest, most alive I’ve ever felt,” Frederickson, 24, told The Today Show‘s Savannah Guthrie on Wednesday, where she looked visibly fuller in the face and arms.

Frederickson’s 155-lb. weight loss raised concerns about the hit NBC weight-loss competition show from fans and the show’s trainers alike, but she remains insistent that she lost the weight in a healthy way.

“I dieted and exercised and did it healthy the whole way,” she said. “I appreciate all the concern, and I can see where it comes from. Ultimately, “I felt proud of everything I’d accomplished.”

Now in “maintenance mode,” Frederickson still has fears she will revert into the old habits that caused her to hit 260 lbs., but thanks the Biggest Loser for giving her the tools to combat her doubts.

“Of course, that thought always comes up, but I think what I’ve learned is that I have an inner strength,” said the voice-over artist, who has previously admitted finding a balance would be tricky. “[Before,] I didn’t trust myself. I was critical, and I judged myself. [Now,] I have a voice and I can trust myself.”
