Priyanka Chopra Jokes That She Had '32' Weddings as Nick Jonas Dubs Her a 'Snack'

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot in December in a lavish, two-day ceremony

Priyanka Chopra knows her wedding to Nick Jonas may have seemed never-ending.

After joking that she had “32” wedding ceremonies during an appearance on The Late Late Show, Chopra insisted that the occasion was “conservative” compared to other Indian celebrations.

“[We had] two weddings,” she said. “One western Christian wedding and one Hindu wedding for our religions. Otherwise, we had pre-rituals. Indian pre-rituals can go on for like five days. Mine was just two. I was conservative!”

Chopra was on the show promoting her new film, Isn’t It Romantic. The couple walked the red carpet together at the premiere earlier this week.

Chopra, 36, posted a snap from the premiere to her Instagram, showing Jonas, 26, giving her a loving look as she posed for the photographers.

“Find someone who looks at you like that…,” she captioned the shot.

Jonas wasted no time slipping into the comments section to call his wife a “snack.”

“Looking like a snack,” he wrote, adding a fire emoji.

Chopra and Jonas tied the knot in December in Jodhpur in a lavish, two-day ceremony followed by a second reception two weeks later in Mumbai.

The honeymoon stage seems to still be in full swing for the stars, as Chopra told reporters at the movie premiere that their first few months of marriage have been “just magical.”

“We haven’t changed, strangely, because we’re still navigating … getting to know each other, and it’s just magical because every day is like a new feeling and a new day and you’re learning something new,” she said.
