"She's hoping to meet Charles," Spencer says of Alison in the last episode before the Pretty Little Liars summer finale
They survived Charles’ twisted, Phantom of the Opera prom, and now, Rosewood’s Pretty Little Liars can party at the real deal.
In Tuesday’s episode of PLL, Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Hanna (Ashley Benson) are dressed to the nines for their high school’s princess-themed senior prom.
Though Aria refused to give Emily a sneak peek at her outfit last week, photos posted by show runner I. Marlene King and the teen drama’s actors show she’s turned a crop top and billowy skirt into a modern interpretation of Snow White. Spencer wears an ocean-blue velvet gown in a subtle nod to The Little Mermaid‘s Ariel, Emily channels an evil queen with her black tiara, and Hanna gives major Cinderella vibes – or is she Rapunzel? That braid is beautiful.
But based on the teaser below, it’ll be a night to remember for all the wrong reasons.
“She’s hoping to meet Charles,” Spencer says of Alison (Sasha Pieterse), whose gold ball gown seems to be inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
“I am not leaving until I can look him in the eye,” Ali insists in a voiceover before being snatched by someone.
“It’s you,” she says breathily.
Will this fairy tale have a happy ending? Tune in to PLL on Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
