Jessa Duggar Seewald is counting on her followers to help her as she makes her way through the final weeks of her pregnancy.

On Friday, the expectant reality star — who is already mom to sons Spurgeon Elliot, 3, and Henry Wilberforce, 2 — celebrated reaching 31 weeks with a mirror selfie that showed off her growing baby bump.

While comparing her past pregnancies at the same week mark to the current one, Jessa, 26, explained that her bump was larger than she was with her second child but smaller than she was with her first.

Besides her bump size, the soon-to-be mom of three also noted that she was experiencing heartburn again, which she said occurred with Spurgeon, and called on her fans to provide natural remedies for the condition.

“31 weeks. Pardon the toothpaste splatters on the mirror. 😆” the Counting On star began her post.

“Definitely a bit bigger than I was at this point in my pregnancy with Henry (who was born 8lbs 11oz), but smaller than I was with Spurgeon (who was born 9lbs 11oz),” she wrote, before joking, “What can I say— those Duggar genes grow ‘em big. 😂”

“Besides the twins, my mom had all 8-9lb babies for the first half, and then 7-8lb babies for the second half,” she explained, referencing her two sets of twin siblings Jana and John-David, 29, and Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 20.

“Most of the grand babies have been in the 8-9lb range so far, and one was a little over 10lb! 😳 Maybe we’ll end up somewhere in the middle this time. 😆🙈” she added.

Continuing her note, Jessa brought up “the old wives tale that heartburn in pregnancy means baby will be born with lots of hair.”

“If there’s any truth in that, then this one ought to have a head full. 😂” she joked. “I mean it could just be coincidence, but I had heartburn with Spurgeon too, and he was born with a decent amount of hair. 😄”

Though she acknowledged that the heartburn may be a result of “specific foods in my diet more than anything,” the Counting On star called on her fans for suggestions and remedies to deal with the condition.

“Anyone want to weigh in based on personal experience? 🤔 Also, any natural heartburn remedies that are recommended in pregnancy?”

Heartburn occurs when the valve between the stomach and the esophagus are unable to stop stomach acid from traveling back into the esophagus, according to the American Pregnancy Association.

Being pregnant, however, can trigger the body to experience heartburn more frequently. Progesterone hormone changes cause the valve to relax and can allow acid to travel back up, especially during the third trimester when the growing uterus adds pressure to the intestines and stomach, the association reports.

Jessa and Ben announced the pregnancy exclusively with PEOPLE on Jan. 9.

“We are overjoyed that God has blessed us with a baby, due late this Spring!” Jessa told PEOPLE in a statement. “From the day we found out we were expecting, we both guessed boy, and if our predictions are right then we already have a ton the clothing and accessories ready to pass down! At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl — though we’ve joked that we’d be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things.”

Added Ben, 23, of their elder children: “Henry doesn’t have a clue what’s coming, but Spurgeon understands and he talks about the baby quite a bit. Seeing our boys meet their new sibling for the first time is something we are really looking forward to!”

At the time, the couple, who wed in November 2015 in front of about 1,000 guests, was already preparing for the challenges that will come with adding one more to their brood.

“We realize that, in going from two to three kids, we’re about to switch from man-to-man to zone coverage, so we’ve definitely been taking advice from friends who are already in this stage!” said Ben. “We love being parents and are really looking forward to this new arrival!”

In January, Jessa shared sonogram photos to Instagram, where the baby was seen from a profile view. “We were so happy to finally get to see #BabySeewald3! Looks like this little one will have the same nose as the others,” she captioned the photo.

Most recently, Jessa posted another baby bump photo and acknowledged how excited she was to meet baby number three, while also grieving the loss of her sister-in-law’s unborn child, who she said shared the same due date as her.

“As we look forward to meeting our baby, we’re also feeling an exceptional amount of grief over my brother Josiah and sister-in-law Lauren’s loss of their baby. Lauren and I shared the exact same due date,” Jessa wrote in February at her 25-week mark.

“If you’ve lost a child, know this— YOU ARE A MAMA,” she added, “and you will never cease to think about and cherish the life you carried. So no matter how hard or difficult the journey, please don’t feel guilt over this.”

TLC’s Counting On airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.
