Alexis Grace gave a powerhouse performance of Michael Jackson‘s “Dirty Diana” on Tuesday’s Idol, prompting judge Kara DioGuardi to rave, “You’re a naughty girl — and I liked it!” But will the viewers’ support come across loud and clear? Two Idols will be sent packing Wednesday night, and Grace — as the final contestant to take the stage — may face a unique challenge.

As PEOPLE previously reported, dialing “13” at the end of the show’s 866 numbers doesn’t register a vote — but rather it leads to a working sex line, so Grace was given a special voting number ending in “36” instead. (Host Ryan Seacrest explained on-air that “36” was chosen because that was the number of contestants who survived Hollywood week this season.)

While Seacrest urged Grace supporters to vote “very carefully,” the question remains:
