Tyrese Gibson Remembers Paul Walker with Arsenio Hall
In his first interview since pal Paul Walker's death, Gibson reveals the overwhelming public support he's received
In his first interview since his friend and Fast & Furious costar Paul Walker died in a Nov. 30 car crash, Tyrese Gibson revealed to talk-show host Arsenio Hall on Monday about the time he spent with Walker right before he died.
“I was with him just four days before it happened,” Gibson, 35, said on The Arsenio Hall Show. “We were on the set shooting, and that was a lot of shock and trauma for the family and all of us involved, because he’s such a nice guy.”
“In moments like this, it feels – it feels like death has won,” Gibson later posted to Facebook, paraphrasing a funeral sermon by Bishop T.D. Jakes. “But the Bible says that love is stronger than death.”
