Pamela Anderson Reunites with Friendly Ex Tommy Lee After Saying He 'Was the Love of My Life'
The two reunited at the PETA 35th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday
Friendliest exes ever?
Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee posed for pictures and shared a warm hug Wednesday at the PETA 35th Anniversary Gala at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, just over a month after Anderson told PEOPLE exclusively that Lee “was the love of my life.”
“There was Tommy and then there was nobody else,” the former Baywatch actress said. “It really was love at first sight. I only knew him four days before I married him.”
According to Anderson, 48, she remains “good friends” and on “great terms” with Lee, 52.
They were married from 1995 to 1998 and have two sons together, Brandon, 19, and Dylan, 17.
“You have to do it by example,” Anderson, a longtime supporter of PETA, told PEOPLE on Wednesday of how she teaches her children to help animals. “You can’t really be a dictator. I just live my life the way I do and I have a lot of fun, so it’s not like they’re looking at me going, ‘Gosh, you’re so boring.’ ”
“They just have to learn on their own,” she continued. ” You don’t want to put too much on them otherwise they’ll rebel against you. You have to be a psychologist, I guess, to be a parent. So it’s by example. That’s the only want you can do it.”
